Whether in the classroom or the boardroom, we meet people where they are. We will help you grow in confidence, clarity, and courage, so you can speak up, stand out, and succeed.

We support children, young people and adults to speak with confidence, by learning how to use and how to trust their own voice. We work with schools, teachers, education communities, professionals and organisations. Our work is centred around ensuring confidence and a feeling of safety ‘to be yourself when you speak’.

Social Impact

We actively address one of the most common and limiting barriers to social mobility: the fear of speaking up. When confidence, promotion or leadership depends on communication, those without early support are often left behind. Our work helps ensure that pupils grow up able to express themselves clearly and calmly, so that as they progress through education, careers and public life, their voice does not hold them back.
